‘Junior Giant’ is a dense arborvitae that makes for a very manageable hedge or privacy fence. It matures to just half the height of ‘Green Giant’ and it remains deep green year-round.

Foliage: Deep green, evergreen and held in flat sprays.
Habit: 'Junior Giant' arborvitae is an evergreen shrub reaching 15 to 20 feet tall and 8 to 10 feet wide. It is columnar in form.
How to grow it: Plant arborvitae in full sun and average soil that drains well. Provide regular water throughout its first growing season, including in warm spells over the winter. To use 'Junior Giant' arborvitae as a hedge or screen, space young plants five feet apart. USDA Zones 5–8.
